Is EvalU a recruiting service?

No, EvalU is not a recruiting service. Our mission is to educate prospective college basketball players about the recruiting process, evaluate their game, and elevate their skills, transforming them from lost to empowered. We do not “place” recruits at colleges, but instead, we give them the tools to earn scholarships and opportunities at the next level.

Will EvalU find you a scholarship?

No, we will not find you a scholarship, but we will provide you with all the resources you need to navigate the recruiting process and become a college-ready basketball player. We don’t want to do the work for you; we want you to earn it. While we won’t find you a scholarship, using our services will help you gain scholarship opportunities.

What makes EvalU different from competitors?

EvalU is different because of our validity and experience. Our staff has evaluated, recruited, and developed hundreds of players over the last two decades, and we have the credibility and notoriety to prove it. There’s no one in the industry offering what we offer: in-depth recruiting education, expert evaluations, and unique, affordable player development.

How much do the services cost?

Our services vary in price, but our company has a great return on investment. A bachelor’s degree can cost anywhere between $120,000 and $250,000. Our services will help you earn scholarships, potentially full-ride opportunities. The amount of money you’ll save is much greater than the cost of our services. Not to mention, becoming a successful college basketball player can also help you earn NIL opportunities, which can be life-changing money.

What payments are accepted?

All of our services can be booked through our website, and we accept all major credit/debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Buy Now, Pay Later options.

Does EvalU offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds, but we do want you to be satisfied with our services. As stated, we do not guarantee scholarships or college placement. We do offer transparency and expert consultation about becoming a successful college basketball player. What ages should be using EvalU's services?

Our Get Recruited course and player evaluations are for sophomores in high school or older, while our Elevate development app is for all ages, including youth players. We can evaluate players before their sophomore year of high school, but we will not provide a projected level for those players, focusing on how they can improve and the next steps for growth. To attend our Empower camps, you must be at least 16 years old.

Does EvalU offer any discounts or promotions?

No, EvalU is not a recruiting service. What are the customer service hours?

Our customer service team is available from 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), but many times we are available nights and weekends as well. If we do not answer you directly, you can expect a response within 24 hours.

We are not currently offering EvalU merchandise, but we do plan on developing a fully stocked online store in the future so you can represent our brand, on and off the court.

Our headquarters is located in Holmes Beach, Florida.

Does EvalU offer one-on-one consultations?

We do offer one-on-one consultations as part of several services. Recruits receive a video call at the end of the Get Recruited course if they choose the premium access option. Also, for each player evaluated, our staff will do a video call with the recruit, family, and coaches to go over the evaluation and our findings. Our Empower camps are a great way to receive in-person mentorship and advice.
