EvalU is a company built on empathy and understanding. Our founder, Tom Parks was a college basketball coach for over a decade. One of his greatest hardships was being unable to help every player who called him, sent him an email or Dm'd him on social media. So many players want to play college basketball, but few know how to accomplish this goal. EvalU is designed to educate, evaluate, and elevate future college basketball players and give them tools to get recruited and improve their game to be successful at the next level. Unlike a recruiting service, our primary role is to empower you to become the ideal recruit and earn your recruitment!

COACH TOM PARKS
CEO/Founder
For the last two decades, Parks has either been playing collegiately, playing professionally, or coaching for a college basketball program. Spending the majority of his coaching career at the junior college level, Parks has not only recruited hundreds of players but has also aided them in their recruitment to the next level. Coach Parks has helped over 70 players earn scholarships to play at the 4-year level. Over 40 went on to play NCAA D1, including 23 who have played professionally. In the world of college basketball, Parks is known for being a great mentor, evaluator, recruiter, and developer.
